Using Quick Morph
Quick Morph is the fastest way to create a morph video for a single student. It skips the full project wizard and gets you a result in seconds.
How to use Quick Morph
- From your Dashboard, click the Quick Morph button.
- Upload one baby photo of the student.
- Upload one current photo of the same student.
- The student name is automatically derived from the filename of the photo you upload, so naming your files clearly (e.g.
emma-baby.jpg) helps keep things organised. - Click Create and your project is generated instantly.
You will be redirected to the progress page, where you can watch the morph being processed in real time.
Default settings
Quick Morph uses sensible defaults so you do not need to configure anything:
- Morph duration: 4 seconds per student
- Gap between students: None
- Student order: Alphabetical by name
These settings work well for most single-student morphs.
When to use Quick Morph
Quick Morph is ideal for two situations:
- Testing before committing -- Try it with one student before uploading an entire class. This lets you check photo quality and see how the morph looks without setting up a full project.
- Single-student morphs -- If you only need a morph for one student (for example, a farewell gift or a special presentation), Quick Morph is all you need.
Once your morph is complete, you can download or share it just like any other SchoolMorph project.
