Tracking Progress

After you start generating your morph video, the project page becomes a real-time progress tracker so you can see exactly what is happening.

What you will see

At the top of the page, an overall progress bar shows the percentage of the project that has been completed.

Below that, each student has their own status card displaying:

• Baby photo thumbnail on the left
• An arrow pointing to the current photo thumbnail on the right
• The student's name
• A status badge indicating where they are in the process

Status badges explained

Each student moves through the following statuses:

• Pending -- Waiting in the queue to be processed.
• Morphing -- The AI is actively generating the morph for this student.
• Complete -- The morph has finished successfully.
• Failed -- Something went wrong. See Fixing Failed Morphs for next steps.

Estimated time

An estimated time remaining is shown based on how many students are left to process. Larger classes naturally take longer -- roughly 30 to 60 seconds per student.

You can close the page

Processing continues in the background even if you close your browser or navigate away. You do not need to keep the page open.

When your video is ready, you will receive an email notification with a link back to your project.

If something goes wrong

If any individual student's morph fails, the rest of the project continues unaffected. You can retry failed students directly from the progress page without re-uploading the entire class. See Fixing Failed Morphs for detailed instructions.
