Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SchoolMorph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including teachers, school administrators, and any other individuals who access SchoolMorph.
Service Description
SchoolMorph is an online service that creates morph videos from uploaded photos. The service is designed for schools to create leavers’ ceremony videos by morphing baby photos into graduation portraits. SchoolMorph handles the video generation process automatically after photos are uploaded.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to upload all photos, especially photos of minors. You must obtain parental or guardian consent before uploading photos of students. You must own or have the necessary rights to all photos you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
Data Handling
Photos uploaded to SchoolMorph are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated videos are also deleted after 30 days. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Acceptable Use
SchoolMorph is intended for educational purposes, specifically for creating school leavers’ ceremony videos. You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. You must not use the service for any purpose other than its intended educational use. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to SchoolMorph. SchoolMorph does not claim any rights to your content. The SchoolMorph service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of SchoolMorph and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
SchoolMorph is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SchoolMorph does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolMorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Service Availability
SchoolMorph may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime. SchoolMorph is currently in free beta and pricing may change in the future. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes.
Termination
SchoolMorph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data handling practices. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
SchoolMorph may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of SchoolMorph after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
