Account Settings

Accessing Settings

To open your account settings, click your profile icon in the top right corner of any page and select Settings from the menu.

Account Details

The settings page shows your core account information:

• Email address -- the email you use to sign in with your magic link.
• Account created -- the date your SchoolMorph account was first created.

Your email address is your identity in SchoolMorph. If you need to change it, please contact support.

Your Schools

The settings page also lists all schools associated with your account, showing each school's name and country. If you teach at multiple schools, you will see all of them listed here.

You can update a school's name or country from this section if anything needs correcting.

Signing Out

Click the Sign Out button on the settings page to end your current session. You will be taken back to the login page. The next time you want to access SchoolMorph, you will need to request a new magic link.

Danger Zone: Deleting Your Account

At the bottom of the settings page is the Danger Zone. This section contains the option to permanently delete your account.

Before you proceed, understand what account deletion means:

• All of your schools are removed.
• All of your projects are removed.
• All student records, uploaded photos, and generated videos are permanently deleted.
• This action cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

1. Click Delete Account in the Danger Zone.
2. Read the confirmation warning carefully.
3. Type the word DELETE in the text field to confirm you understand.
4. Click the confirmation button to proceed.

If you delete your account by mistake, SchoolMorph cannot recover your data. Please be certain before confirming.
