Downloading Your Video

Once your project status shows "Complete", your finished morph video is ready to download and use.

How to download

1. Go to your project page from the Dashboard.
2. You will see a video player showing a preview of your finished morph.
3. Click the Download MP4 button below the player.
4. The file will save to your computer's default downloads folder.

Video format

Your video is delivered as a standard MP4 file using H.264 encoding. This is the most widely supported video format available, which means it plays on virtually any device:

• Computers -- Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Phones and tablets -- iPhone, iPad, Android
• Presentation software -- Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Google Slides
• Video players -- VLC, QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and others

Playing at a ceremony

The MP4 format is perfect for graduation and leavers ceremonies. Simply:

1. Download the video to a laptop.
2. Connect the laptop to a projector or large screen.
3. Open the file in any video player and press play.

Alternatively, insert the video into a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation alongside your other ceremony content.

Tips

• Download early -- We recommend downloading your video as soon as it is ready. Photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after project completion.
• Check the video -- Watch the full video through before your event to make sure everything looks right.
• Keep a backup -- Save a copy to a USB drive or cloud storage for safekeeping.
