Setting Up Your School

First-Time Onboarding

The first time you sign in to SchoolMorph, you will be guided through a short onboarding step to set up your school. This only takes a moment and ensures your projects are linked to the right school.

How to Set Up Your School

  1. Sign in using your magic link (see Logging In).
  2. You will be taken to the school setup screen automatically.
  3. Enter your school name -- this is required. Use the full name of your school (e.g. "Riverside Primary School").
  4. Select your country from the dropdown. Options include Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, United States, and Other. This field is optional but helps SchoolMorph tailor your experience.
  5. Enter your estimated class size. This gives SchoolMorph a rough idea of how many students to expect in your projects.
  6. Click Continue to finish setup and land on your dashboard.

Updating Your School Details

Made a typo or need to change something? You can update your school name, country, and other details at any time from your Settings page. Go to your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

Multiple Schools

If you teach at more than one school, SchoolMorph supports that. You can add additional schools and manage separate projects for each one. Each school has its own set of projects, students, and videos, keeping everything organised.

What Happens Next

Once your school is set up, you are ready to create your first project. Head to your dashboard and click + New Project to get started with uploading student photos and creating your leavers morph video.
